Refunds are applicable only to physical products. Event tickets and digital products including downloadable files, webinars, etc. are non-refundable.

Conditions for product replacement:
If a defect is detected in your physical product within 48 hours of receipt, kindly email contact@heraallure.com
In order to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 10 days
The defect has been detected within 24 hours of receipt of parcel
The goods are in the original packaging
Contact Hera Allure's team as soon as the issue is detected.
The following scenarios where physical item cannot be replaced/ refunded:
The delivery was handled by our own team, handed over directly to you.
The goods which after delivery, according to their nature, have been mixed with other items.
Product misuse; involves the user intentionally using a product in a manner that is not intended, recommended, or reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer, even if they are aware it is the wrong way to use it
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
