Overview

We stepped into the beauty industry with a different idea of how makeup for special occasions should be, that is, pretty & comfortable.

We take pride in creating camera-loving, HD makeup that is also comfortable on the skin. We won't lie to you, makeup looks like makeup.

We do not use any filter nor face-tune our pictures, HOWEVER we always tell our clients, good skin care prior to your booking and good lighting is key to amazing makeup!

At Hera Allure, we believe everyone is entitled to a standardized service as we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best experience. In order to achieve this, the below policies have been set to provide a clear image of what to expect and how Hera's Glam Team work.

General Booking conditions

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Bookings are confirmed only after a downpayment (retainer fee) of 50% of the total amount is received. Downpayment can be made via direct deposit/ online bank transfer/ Juice by MCB.

Following the downpayment:

A confirmation mail validating the success to retain your selected service(s) + acknowledgement of downpayment will be sent to your email address.

If your slot is available;

  1. A digital receipt will be sent to you via mail, outlining the nature of the service(s) contracted and agreements.

  2. A form to be filled with any allergies/skin concerns the client(s) may have.

If your slot is NOT available;

  1. A cancellation mail of your chosen Pre-Booked Service(s) + 100% reimbursement of your downpayment will be sent to your email address.

    OR

  2. A cancellation message of your chosen Pre-Booked Service(s) + 100% reimbursement of downpayment will be sent to your WhatsApp.

ADDITIONAL MAKEUPS

Any additional service(s) not within the agreed contract will be charged as per the individual rates IF the artist is able to offer the services.

DELAYS

The flexibility timeframe is of 30 minutes.

A delay-fee of Rs800 will be charged if the waiting time exceeds the first 30 minutes, and is cumulative for any additional 30 minutes if

  • the client is late for the scheduled makeup appointment.

  • the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.

IN LIEU OF CANCELLATIONS REQUEST FROM CLIENT

  • 6 months prior to the booked date, 100% of the downpayment will be refunded.

  • Up to 4 months prior to the booked date, 80% of the downpayment will be refunded.

  • Up to 2 months prior to the booked date, 30% of the downpayment will be refunded.

  • 1 month or less prior to booked date, NO refund will be made.

bridal service

All of the general booking conditions applies, alongside the below.

When booking a bridal makeup service,

  • A bridal makeup consult, lashes and a retouch kit is included in the rate.

  • If you wish a Hair Trial, the style of service chosen will be charged at 70% of the service rate. Kindly send your request on email or WhatsApp.

  • If a Bridal Makeup Trial is booked, it includes the consult and 2 styles half done for both eyes + face. We recommend upcoming brides to come before noon so they can wear the makeups for the maximum amount of time and check it throughout the day in different lighting.

    Feedback will be then collected by our team and together with the bride, we will discuss the updates to be made ensuring she is fully confident and comfortable on her wedding day.

TRANSPORTATION

Unless the Bridal Package is selected,

  • A minimum of 2 services is required for Hera's Glam Team to move to the client’s location.

  • Transport Fees will be charged depending on your location.

Non bridal service

All of the general booking conditions applies, alongside the below.

When booking a non bridal service

  • There is no trial included in the rate.

  • Trials can be done upon request and will be charged at 70% of the service rate.

TRANSPORTATION

  • A minimum of 2 services is required for Hera's Glam Team to move to the client’s location.

  • Transport Fees will be charged depending on your location.
